An aangan is the open courtyard at the centre of a home — the one space everyone passes through, and no one rushes out of. That's the idea behind this counter: no assigned seats, no "just here for takeaway" awkwardness, just a kettle always on and a bench that fits one more person.
We brew the way most Indian households actually make chai — full-fat milk, real ginger crushed by hand, tea leaves that get their full boiling time. Nothing here is a "concept." It's just kadak chai, done properly, served fast.
